So much is going on with this it should be called "Awesome Sauce!" but that name was already taken. We take the umami of black garlic, the sweetness of molasses and brown sugar, the savoriness of onions, the tang of apple cider vinegar, the spicy "Kick" of horseradish, mix it with a few more herbs and spices to create this master piece! This is not just a "Steak Sauce", it literally can go on everything! Try it on beef, pork, poultry, seafood, veggies, etc! It is great if used as a finishing sauce on the grill, or just heated up before using! The heat will activate more flavor!
