Cinnamon-Familiarly referred to in Grenada simply as “spice”, cinnamon is one of the many valuable products of “Pure Grenada, the isle of Spice”. Grenada’s cinnamon is highly valuable because it is True Cinnamon, originating from Ceylon ( Sri Lanka) from the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. This spice is more valuable and much healthier that the commonly found “Cassia”
